Dye & Durham's Customer Advisory Council (CAC) is a group of customers who partner with us to share feedback, test new ideas, and help shape the future of our products and services. It's a way for us to listen directly to the people who use our solutions and services every day.
At Dye & Durham, the CAC helps ensure that we prioritise the product and feature enhancements that deliver the most value to our customers.
We know your time is valuable, so participation is designed to be minimal and flexible. You'll have the opportunity to join a virtual or in-person feedback session once per quarter. You may also be invited to complete an occasional survey or take part in a beta testing opportunity, also limited to once per quarter. Typically, you can expect to spend ten to thirty minutes per quarter. Additional opportunities (like beta testing) are optional.
