Dye & Durham's Customer Advisory Council (CAC) is a group of customers who partner with us to share feedback, test new ideas, and help shape the future of our products and services. It's a way for us to listen directly to the people who use our solutions and services every day. 

At Dye & Durham, the CAC helps ensure that we prioritise the product and feature enhancements that deliver the most value to our customers.

 

SESSIONS & BENEFITS

We know your time is valuable, so participation is designed to be minimal and flexible. You'll have the opportunity to join a virtual or in-person feedback session once per quarter. You may also be invited to complete an occasional survey or take part in a beta testing opportunity, also limited to once per quarter. Typically, you can expect to spend ten to thirty minutes per quarter. Additional opportunities (like beta testing) are optional.

The Customer Advisory Council is a group of customers who partner with us to share feedback, test new ideas, and help shape the future of our products and services. It's a way for us to listen directly to the people who use our solutions and services every day.

The council is open to active customers across different firm sizes, practice areas, and roles. We aim for a diverse group to ensure feedback represents the variety of experiences in our customer base.

Members get early visibility into our product roadmap, opportunities to influence product development, invitations to exclusive networking events, recognition through beta programs and speaking opportunities, and are entered into quarterly prize raffles.

We ask members to consider attending one feedback session and completing one survey or product test per quarter. All participation is flexible and optional.

Yes! Feedback from council members is reviewed directly by our product and leadership teams. Many of our existing enhancements and features have been influenced by customer input.
